ADAM BARISH is a film director and visual storyteller. He collaborates with artists and practitioners to produce impactful work for creative and commercial organizations.
He is the writer and director of The Source (2022), a live multimedia, multidisciplinary production commissioned by Miami City Ballet. In 2021, he was commissioned by Works & Process at the Guggenheim Museum to write and direct the short film, Force of Habit. Barish wrote and directed his debut feature film, Progress (and Unrelated Things), in 2016. His recent commercial work includes direction for Bonhams auction house’s campaign for Torse nu dans les nuages by René Magritte. He is the writer and director of the film, We Do This All The Time, slated for release in 2024. Barish is a former Coro Fellow in Public Affairs and an award-winning alumnus of Teach For America.
